These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between xc666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who registers an account with or otherwise accesses or uses the xc666 online casino and sports betting platform available at xc666.vu.

xc666 is operated under an international gaming license. The Platform provides online sports betting services, including cricket betting and UFC betting, as well as online casino services including live dealer games, slot games, video poker, and instant win games.

By accessing the xc666 platform, clicking the registration button, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. • You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of xc666 or any of its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously had an account with xc666 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms;
• You are registering for personal recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any other party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

xc666 reserves the right to request documentary proof to verify any information provided during or after registration, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the ownership of any payment method used on the Platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one xc666 account at any time. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — including through the use of different personal information, devices, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. xc666 employs technical and manual detection measures to identify multiple accounts. Upon detection, all related accounts will be suspended and balances will be subject to review. Winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your xc666 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. xc666 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or associates. All activity conducted through your xc666 account will be deemed to have been conducted by you personally and you will be fully responsible for all bets placed, transactions made, and instructions given through your account.

You must notify xc666 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your credentials have been compromised, or that any fraudulent transactions have occurred. xc666 will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of the investigation.

xc666 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from your voluntary disclosure of login information to any third party.

xc666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard where available. All account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xc666 does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

The minimum deposit on xc666 is PKR 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification under xc666's anti-money-laundering procedures. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments not belonging to you are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate account review and potential suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers are typically processed within the same business day. xc666 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your financial institution may apply its own charges, for which xc666 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the account or to methods verified as belonging to the account holder. xc666 reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where account activity is flagged by the Platform's compliance systems.

xc666 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations as required by its international gaming license. The Platform operates a risk-based approach to transaction monitoring. Accounts that display unusual transaction patterns, receive funds from unverified sources, or trigger compliance alerts may be placed under review. During any compliance investigation, withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused. xc666 will cooperate fully with any lawful request from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

xc666 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer and are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. xc666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All deposit match bonuses and promotional credits issued by xc666 are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are published in the specific bonus terms associated with that offer. Players are advised to read these terms fully before accepting any bonus.

xc666 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that bonus offers have been misused. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses multiple times; placing bets across opposite outcomes to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; and using automated tools to meet wagering requirements.

Where a weekly cashback promotion is offered, the cashback amount is calculated on net losses over the defined period. Cashback credited under a no-wagering cashback offer may be withdrawn without additional wagering conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. xc666 reserves the right to correct cashback calculations if errors are identified.

All sports bets placed on xc666, including cricket betting, PSL match betting, UFC bets, and all other markets, are subject to the sport-specific betting rules published on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on xc666:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by either party except in the specific circumstances described below.
• xc666 reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a technical error, system malfunction, or mis-pricing that resulted in odds materially different from the true market. Affected bets will be refunded at stake.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and are binding from the moment of confirmation. xc666 does not guarantee in-play availability for any specific market or fixture.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion will be settled according to the sport-specific rules. Generally, abandoned cricket matches are treated as void and stakes are returned unless a result has been determined under the relevant format rules (e.g., D/L method in limited-overs cricket).
• xc666 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any market, sport, or fixture. These limits will be displayed where applicable.
• All bet settlement decisions made by xc666 are final once the relevant event has concluded and the result has been confirmed. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of settlement.

Cricket betting on xc666 covers all major formats including Test matches, One Day Internationals (ODIs), T20 Internationals, and the Pakistan Super League (PSL). For PSL markets, xc666 uses official scorecards and match data as the basis for settlement. Any discrepancy between the live score displayed on xc666 and the official record will be resolved in favour of the official record.

All casino games available on the xc666 platform — including slot games, video poker (Jacks or Better), live dealer games, and instant win games such as Money Wheel — are governed by their individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules take precedence with respect to game-specific mechanics.

All random number generator (RNG) games on xc666 use a certified RNG system that has been independently audited for fairness and statistical compliance. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Live dealer game results are determined by physical dealing processes (cards, roulette wheel) conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded at the point of disconnection where possible, or declared void and the stake returned where no outcome was determinable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xc666 platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be suspended immediately, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets;

• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus or promotional structures;
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account security measures;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with xc666;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to access another player's account or any part of the Platform's backend infrastructure without authorisation;
• Facilitating or assisting any other party in any of the above prohibited activities.

xc666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. We acknowledge that for a minority of players, gambling can become harmful, and we take our responsibility to provide tools and support seriously.

All xc666 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings panel, without requiring contact with support:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xc666 platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any xc666 content; reverse-engineer or decompile any xc666 software; or create derivative works based on xc666 intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of xc666 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xc666 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform, its content, its availability, and its fitness for any particular purpose.

xc666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions outside xc666's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to adequately secure your account credentials;
• Losses arising from bets that were not accepted due to system errors, which will be refunded at stake;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of opportunity or expected winnings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xc666's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under applicable law. xc666's total liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the preceding 12 months.

xc666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• xc666 is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law;
• The account is flagged by compliance monitoring for potential fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement;
• The account has been dormant for an extended period in line with the Platform's dormancy policy;
• The account holder has requested their own self-exclusion.

Upon permanent account closure in circumstances not involving breach of these Terms, xc666 will return any verified account balance to the account holder via the payment method on file, following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances cannot be returned to third-party accounts.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, xc666 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending a full investigation. Where fraud, exploitation of errors, or abuse is confirmed, all associated funds may be forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which xc666's international gaming license is issued. Any disputes between xc666 and a player should first be raised directly with xc666 support. xc666 is committed to resolving player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support interaction, players may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process specified by xc666's licensing authority. The decision of any licensing-authority dispute resolution process will be binding on xc666. Details of the escalation process are available from xc666 support upon request.

All dispute notifications must be submitted within 72 hours of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be accepted for review.

xc666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, xc666 will provide reasonable advance notice to affected players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the xc666 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the xc666 platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance.
